An Iconic venue located at the ‘gateway to the Sunshine Coast’ is set to take you on a flavour expedition around the globe… with a twist.
The Banana Bender Pub’s Head Chef, Diego Melis, has been determined to build a crew that offers a vast array of imaginative and international knowledge resulting in a team that includes chefs from Nepal, England, India, Philippines, Australia and Italy.
We will be offering a canape tasting menu from the 6 different cuisines represented in our Kitchen Team (2 dishes per nation)
These dishes will be created using 100% Sunshine Coast products, highlighting the intricate depth of produce created in our region.
Dining in Mango’s Bar & Grill, our guests will hear from each of the chefs (6) explaining the flavours, techniques, and elements of their dishes before experiencing the tastes of the creations.
This iconic tasting will also have live music and the finest locally produced beverages available to create an immersive, worldly experience… with a Sunny Coast Twist.
